I love Built for Every Body! I have never enjoyed going to a gym and have tried working out at home on my own, but find it difficult to stay on track and motivated. Heather’s on-line classes, both streaming and zoom, have been the answer to my prayers. I am able to workout from home, get a good workout, stay on track, and I remain motivated to do it. Every workout class, whether kickboxing, tabata, upper body, flexibility, etc is truly “built for every body” and every age. Heather demonstrates the exercises, but also demonstrates/explains modifications, many times multiple modification options, for those who have limited mobility, limited flexibility, or injuries. I am one who has multiple injuries and Heather’s modifications have helped me do exercises I never thought I could do again. Additionally, in her Zoom classes, she works to correct incorrect form so as to prevent any workout injuries (yes she has corrected my form on occasion). I would be remiss, if I did not mention that Heather’s classes are just plain enjoyable. She is funny and makes the class fun and entertaining. I find the hour-long workouts to go by very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Built for Every Body. You don’t have to take my word for it. Try it out and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

For over 15 years now, I have had the privilege of having Heather as my fitness instructor. She has always corrected my form, with a smile, and stressed safety as number 1. She continuously demonstrates modifications for each exercise showing low to moderate to high level of impact. She

tells us to listen to our bodies and she listens to us! With each accreditation that she has achieved, she has become more relentless and informative with new and improved exercises all the while entertaining us with day to day stories of her dramatic life.

When Covid 19 just reared it’s ugly head in March and all the gyms closed, she got me through the beginning of this pandemic by offering tough exercise classes online, strengthening and conditioning, cardio classes, abdominal workouts and more. I forced myself to tune into her daily streaming just to have a friendly face to “talk” to via comments on the computer. As a result, this 63 year old woman is in the best shape of her life.

Heather is a true motivator, “drill sergeant”, cheerleader, and entertainer. I highly recommend her as your fitness instructor!

Heather has made such a wonderful impact on my life. She has educated me about my own body and help make sense of why I hurt the way I do. Her sessions have helped me improve my posture, flexibility and boosted my energy as well as my confidence. She is an excellent listener and knows just what to say in moments of struggle to help you push through or take a step back. I can't recommend her enough. All the stars!
