I teach people how to live their best lives through nutrition and fitness. I show them how to move properly, effectively and in ways that not only burn fat, but also fit into their lifestyle. I educate people on nutrition labels, facts, supplements and programs , so that they can incorporate them into their own lives and learn to do it themselves. I teach wellness education, so people can do it themselves without being tied down to a program or trainer. With over 30 years of experience in fitness, I have learned there is no "One Size Fits All" fitness program because no two bodies are the same. Health and fitness is not about a number on a scale or a picture in a magazine. Fitness is about feeling good and being the best version of YOU.  I create individual programs designed to meet the unique needs of my clients. Together, we will find YOUR path to health and wellness and have fun along the way. 

Growing up, I was never thin. Saddled with adjectives like thick, chunky and…fat, I learned to loathe my body from an early age. After years of over exercising and dieting, I was NOT healthy and certainly not FIT. Now, as a mother of 3, it is more important than ever to share what I have learned about body acceptance and self-esteem. I teach health and fitness strategies that people can practice for life. I want my children and my clients to love themselves and treat their bodies as the greatest gift ever given, because at the end of the day, your greatest asset is your health.
